Hello I’m looking for female or possibly a couple as roommates to share my 3 Bedroom Townhouse with me. The bigger room is $700 (brand new floors and paint) ($350 damage deposit) and 1/2 of utilities and bills. There are 1.5 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, laundry in the basement, small backyard and parking on the street. Two parks close by as well as multiple bus stops.
