Clean used Broan Bathroom Exhaust ceiling fan with built in heat lamp. Perfect for cold mornings coming out of the shower. I had out on a dual switch to have exhaust only, heat only or both. Clean inside with no rust, works perfectly. Heat lamp included. Adjustable mounting brackets work with stringers from 14 to 24" centres.
