Old Ipad mini

have this old iPad Mini it will not download any new apps I did check going on YouTube before factory resetting and that worked shown in one of the pictures It does have a crack in the bottom corner and a line crack up the screen still works if needed for simple things like going on YouTube just to watch videos or go on the internet maybe a little bit slower on the internet It's in a very old tattered case right now unfortunately I don't have another one for it And I do not have a cord to go along with it Version 9.3.5 model md531c-a serial number f9hnq8fmf196
