Gigabyte windforce rtx 5080 graphics card

Brand New in box rtx 5080 video card. Selling on behalf of my younger brother, he purchased it for a new build however not going ahead with it at the time. Newegg says since the shrink wrap is off they would need to charge a 15 percent restocking fee and cover the shipping back to them.
