This has been kept in good condition is ready for snow season :) Warmest coat I’ve worn and has lots of life left.
Note (please see photos):
-mild pilling in the bum area
-a very small hole at the bottom of the front near the zipper
-some wear on the zipper
-small black stains near the right snap buttons at the bottom
