Housemates are super clean, quiet, and friendly 3rd-4th year students. Only the kitchen and living room are shared. The unit has a washer, dryer, dishwasher, oven, and microwave. This place is really popular among students, and I loved living here. It’s so clean! Move-in date is flexible. Only University of Ottawa students in 2nd year or above (including Master’s and PhD) can take over this room.
