Futon and accent chair - need to be gone by Dec 1

Selling a futon and accent chair, both freshly cleaned and in perfect working order. They have minor cat-scratch marks, only visible up close, but overall look great. Sofa-bed size is Twin. Cushions from the accent chair can be removed for cleaning Purchased less than two years ago for 780 CAD. Comfortable, no stains or odors. Smoke free home. Futon reclines smoothly (3 positions). Willing to sell separate. Needs to be gone by December 1st.
