Private room for rent

(please message me with the dates to confirm booking dates as time may change, messages without dates may be ignored) Rent for Single Only: $55 per night plus cleaning fee (see below), includes internet & utilities. 7 nights booking and up at $45 per night. We are renting a private room in a shared suite of 3 bedrooms and 1 washroom. We offer a cozy space with a share kitchen and in-suite laundry facility. We also offer welcoming snacks during your initial visit and complimentary coffee and tea. All common space areas are maintained daily.
