We bought this back in January 2023, and it has been great for saving space. The 4 drawers roll out easily and hold a ton,super handy for extra blankets, clothes, or seasonal stuff. Condition: Used - Fair. It’s structurally super solid and sturdy, but there is noticeable wear and tear on the drawer tires/casters and along the top edges of the storage drawers from regular use.
