Room needed Jan 01/26

I’m looking for a room for $500 and I’ll shovel your snow and look after your lawns etc while I’m still here. I’m in the same room today thankfully (since July 2019) and the only reference I’ll have is this one as it’s the only place I’ve ever rented in all my days.
