Fabric and cushions in great condition, a few minor scrapes/paint marks (probably easily removed) on the wood trim from moving. Colour is slightly more brown (shows more grey in photos). Approx measurements 90”L x 37”W x 18” seat height. Will need 2 strong people to navigate an apartment hallway. Legs come off to help with moving.
