Side 1:
1 - Introduction: The "Big M" tells you what hockey means to him, and what he hopes it can mean to you.
2 - Equipment: Did you know that your stick should come up to your chin when you're standing on skates?
3 - Goal: If you play goal, how much practice skating do you do with your pads on?
4 - Defense: Skating backward is just as important as being able to skate forward if you want to be a top-flight defenseman.
Side 2:
1 - Center: Who is the first player to check the opposing defense and force them to hurry and make mistakes?
2 - Wing: Frank Mahovlich practices what he preaches. He tells you on side two of your record why he stays on the ice for five or ten minutes after a practice session, taking shots at the goal from different angles.
3 - Conditioning: The "Big M" is a great believer in physical fitness. He quickly tells you not to be too ambitious. Build up to your peak of fitness slowly.
4 - Summary: Frank sums up his tips and tells you what a great game hockey is and how much it means to Canada, to himself, and what it can mean to you.
With this record the "Big M" wishes you success in all you do!
