100% Cotton, White Eyelet Drop Waist Skirt, NWOT #Cleanout

I did not know what a drop waist was when I ordered this. It unfortunately does not work for me. So it’s washed but not worn, and has been living in my closet. This beautiful skirt is new without tags, 100% cotton, and ready to be seen! It has elastic in the back for added comfort, and a lining under the beautiful eyelet surface.
