VOLTVOGUE Electric Bike - 500W, 22MPH Max Speed

This is a LadPed/VOLTVOGUE electric bike with a 500W peak motor. It's designed with 14-inch inner and outer inflatable tires. It can reach a maximum speed of 22 MPH and climb slopes up to 30 degrees. It also comes with the ability to set a maximum speed for younger riders. Bought this for my grandson but the week it was delivered we found out NJ changed the law. Minimum age to ride is changing to 15 as of July 27th.
