Solid oak chairs, three in total.

Solid oak chairs left outside, need refinishing. All are in good condition except for the finish and there is a little separation of the wood. They are sturdy but I have no room for them and I don't know how.to.finoah them. They are circa 1970s. Two have backs but one has arms.
