Located in the UA/Whyte Avenue area close to bus stops and all amenities. Looking for a clean, quiet, nice person (student, faculty, staff, worker, backpacker, or traveler preferred). No drugs, parties, visitors, or pets. Rent is $50/night (second person adds $5/night, max 2 people per room). Security/damage deposit $100. Living room single beds are also available for $35/night (one person only), or studio rooms with private bathroom and shared kitchen for $60/night per person (add a second person for $5/night).
