Vintage copy of "The Second Sex" by Simone de Beauvoir. Published by Alfred A. Knopf in 1957, 4th printing. First U.S. edition, translated by H.M. Parshley In a lovely lavender cloth cover with embossed text. Some wear on the gold on the spine, as well as other natural wear consistent with its age. Pick up in the Ossington and Davenport area.
