Originally purchased on Amazon for $599. Tube/exhaust is favourably long, making it easy to move further away from window. 12,000 BTU Cooling / 10,000 BTU Heating. It covers up to ~400 sq. ft and kept my small 1 level 500sq. ft home comfortable during the summer. 4-in-1 Functionality: Cooling, Heating, Dehumidifier & Fan. It is also on wheels for easy movement. Drain Plug for collected humidified water is at the back, very bottom, of the unit which may make it difficult for someone to use. However, there is another plug on the back much higher up, making draining into a bowl or whatnot easier. A small tube will be needed for that, which I do not provide. Digital display and connects to your phone easily with an App. You can change the settings from anywhere and set an automatic schedule. Open to reasonable offers and, depending on location and reason, drop off can be arranged.
