Vintage Beta Sigma Phi Sorority Pin-Seed Pearls and Black Enamel

Vintage Beta Sigma Phi sorority pin that belonged to my mother. She gave it to me when I was young, and it has been stored in a box for close to 60 years. I worked extensively in the jewelry industry and, after careful examination, this is what I can confidently share: No visible gold hallmark Zero patina present Based on weight and wear, I conclude the piece is gold vermeil Seed pearls appear to be genuine Black enamel is in excellent, intact condition (see photos) This pin is in remarkably well-preserved condition for its age. I am pricing it very conservatively at $40, as it does not hold sentimental value to me, though it may be meaningful to a collector, sorority member, or someone who appreciates vintage jewelry.
