Tyco Terra Climber RC Vehicle – New, Box Damaged

Tyco Terra Climber RC climbing vehicle — this is the "Toy of the Year" winning RC that climbs stairs, rocks, and rough terrain with its long extending tail and 8 spiked wheels. Ages 8+. The vehicle and controller look unused in the photos, but the outer retail box is torn and damaged (see pics), so I'm listing it as new/open box rather than sealed. I haven't powered it on myself so I can't personally confirm it works, but there's no visible play wear on the toy itself. You get exactly what's shown in the photos: the vehicle (with its 9.6V battery pack already installed), the controller, and the damaged box. I did not find a charging cable with it.
