Antique Vintage Horse Brass Martingale Leather Harness

Wonderful old horse brass martingale / harness ornament featuring a raised trotting horse surrounded by a pierced scalloped brass border.
Mounted on its original-looking dark leather martingale strap with substantial brass buckle.
Approx. 7¼" long overall.
Horse brass is approx. 3¾" across.
The brass has a lovely aged patina. The leather shows genuine age, wear and cracking, particularly around the strap, as shown in the photos.
I have left it in its found condition rather than polishing away the character.
A great antique / vintage equestrian collectible, horse harness piece, stable décor or display item.
