14k Smokey Topaz Ring

This is a beautiful 14k yellow gold marquis cut smokey topaz ring. More pictures are available upon request. I don’t know the exact weight or karat but I can send photos of it with measurements. I took this ring to an auction house and they offered me $500 for it. That was the “we will sell it for more” offer, of course, so although I don’t know the exact value, it’s worth more than that. They usually lowball by 50% so asking $750 is far from unreasonable. I am open to offers though. I know it’s a lot. But it really is a gorgeous ring. I know there is debate on the smokey topaz meaning quartz thing. My mom said they told her was topaz. The auction house priced it as quartz. So this is priced as quartz even though it might be topaz. It’s in great condition with no visible scratches on the face. It’s also securely seated so the stone doesn’t move at all.
