Vintage Canadian Silver Teapot
$50
A vintage octagonal footed EPNS teapot, made by Benedict Proctor in the 1930s-1950s. Art Deco style. Delicate design etched into the sides. EPNS (Electro-Plated Nickel Silver) -- a type of silver plating; involves a layer of silver being electroplated onto a base metal, typically nickel silver (an alloy of copper, nickel and zinc). Roughly 10 inches tall (with the lid) and 10.5 inches at its widest. Item has been cleaned, but not polished. I haven't been able to get the inside clean (see photo). Pick up only in south London. No holds unless paid by etransfer.
