Seagate BarraCuda 2.5" Hard Drive 4TB for Parts only/not working

Seagate BarraCuda 4TB 2.5" Hard Drive: The Model is ST4000LM024, and the Firmware Version 0001 A while ago, I found this HDD in my drawer and what I can hear is buzzing and clicks. I don't know what the problem is but I probably think its a faulty motor arm. There are no files/save data on it and has never been completely never used. Are you able to fix it for yourself? It will be a total mystery to find out what's causing the problem but it's all up to you. It's a good price if your a IT technician wanting to find spare/donor parts if you wanna replace your clients HDD parts. Price can be negotiable and not under 10$, NO Lowballs, and Cash-Only.
