Stef Uiterwaal Art Deco Madonna and Child Statue vintage

This is an Art Deco frosted glass "Madonna and Child" statue designed by Stef Uiterwaal. There is a smaller version but this is the larger one at 15 inches. It was produced by Glasfabriek Leerdam in the Netherlands, typically around 1929. The figure is made of clear satin glass with a frosted finish. The piece is signed by the artist, often with an "SU" monogram or "GSLU" mark on the back of the pedestal. This has the mark as per the photo. The statue stands approximately 15 inches..
