This particular couch is intended to look distressed; it’s the kind that you can scratch and then it gets absorbed into the couch. We priced this low because you’ll need to hire the Couch Surgeon, Couch Doctor or Dr. Couch to disassemble and move it to your place and then he reassembles it. We had to hire them to get it into our apartment. We’ve actually hired them several times to get certain furniture prices through narrow doors and up stairs. So, that’s why this particular couch is priced at this amount, considering the $800-$1000ish additional moving cost. If we don’t sell it, we’ll just keep it. We love it.
