Pelonis PTC fan heater, model PHT30D7BBB. This unit is 120V~ 60Hz and has a 1500W output. It's black and was made in Vietnam. I needed longer power cord so now you can see connection with electrical tape. The length of the power cord is 10 feet, the tall of heater is 30". Excellent condition, works great.
