1) Wooden Compound Microscope (More Complete) 1840–1870
An early wood-framed compound microscope featuring:
• Original brass optical tube with eyepiece
• Rack-and-pinion focusing mechanism
• Wooden stage with original slide clips
Substage mirror (original; cracked at the edge only)
• Decorative winged brass thumb screw
• Ebonized wooden stand and base

• Original wooden storage box
• Multiple antique glass slides
• 2 test tubes with cork stoppers
