25 seeds in pack. Thai chilies are rich in vit.C, vit. A, capsaicin, and antioxidants, which contribute to their health benefits, including improved metabolism, pain relief, and anti-inflammatory properties. They're known for their intense and slightly sweet flavor. As they ripen, they develop a deeper, more complex taste that can be described as smoky or fruity. At first, they will grow to be green peppers, but be patient and soon start to turn bright, hot red. They can be used green, but have a better flavour and more heat when ripe and red. Start seeds indoors 8 to 10 weeks before your last frost. Harden off for a few days before transplanting outdoors after all chance of frost has passed. Please see my other seeds listed.
