This is a pre-sell kit for PlayStation 3 & XBOX 360, limited to 15,000 units. It includes a tin with 4 signed lithographs and a DVD with bonus content. The tin itself features a debossed Assassin's Creed logo. The tin is still sealed though the plastic of the seal is a little damaged the contents should be perfectly fine.
