Electric Scooter Battery 36V 3000mAh MKSPA broken

MKSPA 36V 3000mAh electric scooter battery. It's for an electric scooter. The battery is blue and rectangular. Non functionable Issue something wrong with throttle. Because I recently crashed on it and it cut the wires. I brought it to my uncle and he tried wiring the wires back together. And even after that still doesn't work. Don't know what's wrong with just trying to get rid of it. Price is negotiable
