1988 Norman Rockwell "The Veteran" Plate by Knowles

This is the twelfth in the Rockwell Heritage Collection, the only limited edition of "The Veteran" by Norman Rockwell. It was made in 1988 by the Knowles company. This plate bears the seal of the Norman Rockwell Family Trust.
