Included: 24-page full-color storybook AND the original 7" 33 1/3 RPM vinyl record. The record is in great shape and plays well. All pages are intact, crisp, and attached to the binding. There is some light vintage fading on the front cover (see photos), but otherwise, it has been very well-preserved.
