Women's Cloud Print Skirt coquette

A cute skirt with a pastel cloud print. It features a ruffled waistband and a sheer hem with ruffled trim. There are some faint pink marks on the fabric, shown in picture but the skirt is so ruffled you don't see it. Has an underskirt which gives it lots of volume, no crinoline needed!
