Pair of Royal Satsuma Hand-Painted Vases

Beautiful matching pair of vintage hand-painted Royal Satsuma porcelain vases, richly decorated with detailed figural scenes, raised accents, vibrant colours, and elaborate gold detailing. Each vase measures approximately 14” tall, with an approximately 7” wide opening. Their large sculptural handles and intricate decoration make them stunning statement pieces for a console table, mantel, entrance, living room, or traditional décor. Marked on the bottom “HANDPAINTED ROYAL SATSUMA” with Chinese characters. Comparable Royal Satsuma pieces are identified in current listings as Chinese-made decorative porcelain. These have been used only for display and exceptionally well cared for. Both are in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, or breakage. Very clean and beautifully preserved.
