Bunk Bed with Futon

This bunk bed features a futon sofa on the bottom and a mattress on the top. The frame is dark green metal. The futon is newer and rarely used with a patterned upholstery. Upper bunk has a built in framed ladder. All parts included and upper mattress is still in its factory shipping plastic. Would only require a days notice to disassemble item for sale and transport. Was used to stage a guest room. Near new condition, very minor wear of metal rails.
