Looking For Shed For Lawn Mower Storage

I'm looking for somewhere secure to store my lawn mower, trimmer and blower. I'd like a shed with a lock (if I get one I'll give you a key). I'd only need access during daytime hours. I can pay you a certain amount monthly or I can mow your lawn at a reduced rate or for free depending on size.
