Light Summer Dress

This beautiful polka dotted dress has a black sheaf underneath so it’s not see through. The vertical lines on it make you look taller and thinner! I think the little ruffle on the bottom make it a little bit more for special occasions. I wore this with a black short sweater and it looked very classy.
