Unique pair of professionally manufactured commercial whiskey-style wood barrel display fixtures, originally used at Toronto's renowned Cheese Boutique. Each large freestanding unit is constructed from three barrel sections — a raised central barrel with open display/storage shelving and two lower half-barrel side sections with solid wood tops. Constructed from real wood with heavy black steel barrel bands and loads of authentic aged character and patina. Cheese Boutique branding remains visible on the barrels, adding to their unique Toronto provenance. These were professionally manufactured as commercial retail fixtures — not homemade barrel furniture. Originally designed for retail merchandising and display, but their classic whiskey-barrel styling makes them equally well suited as a home bar, liquor or wine display, restaurant serving station, brewery or distillery fixture, retail display, event piece, or unique rustic storage. Well-used commercial condition with expected wear, marks, fading and natural aging consistent with their original use. The imperfections are part of the authentic rustic character of these pieces.
