Large and tall cat tree or tower

Brand new, perfect condition - just bought it last month. Only selling because my cat doesn’t want to use it; even sprinkled some catnip but no luck. 138cm. Comes with the box and assembly manual. Catnip has been removed. Pick up near Commonwealth Stadium
