It works! I don't have any batteries and it doesn't come with the back battery door. You are welcome to bring batteries to test it when you buy. I'm 100% sure it works.
Has some yellowing that can be cleaned (YouTube has a bunch of videos on how to). Usually sells for $50-$200 used, so $30 is a good deal. lmk
