Selling a Modkat open-top litter tray with a 24” Top Paw crate replacement pan used underneath for extra floor protection.
Both were purchased new in January 2026.
Includes the Modkat high-sided litter tray, Top Paw 24” base pan, Modkat scoop, and 1 used Type-G liner. The liner is well used and will likely need to be replaced, so it’s included as-is.
The high sides help contain litter scatter and urine spray, while the lower front entry makes it easy for cats to get in and out. Everything has been cleaned.
Selling because we changed our litter-box setup.
