160This is a name brand thermos container that can hold hot and cold food including soups It has a really good seal and come with a foldable metal spoon Last time I used it in 2019 I put hot soup in the morning and by lunch time it was still very hot . Not sure the exact amount of liquids or food it can hold but I took a picture next to a protein bottle shake so maybe tha would help you figure out . PROTEIN BOTTLE NOT INCLUDED !!
