High-waisted pants from Thailand

Super cute and comfortable pants from Thailand, very light so great for the heat - defects: there are elastics around the ankles that hold the pants up but one broke, making the too long for me and I don’t know how to fix them - I usually wear a size small but these pants are OS; they’re super stretchy and too long for me so the could easily size up
