Dog House

This dog house is perfect for small/possibly medium sized dogs, the house is made out wood and the roof is made out of asphalt shingles which is water resistant and helps keep rain outside of the house. i just want to get rid of it because my dog doesn't use it. The house is a bit heavy not sure how much it weighs exactly but my guess is around 40 pounds maybe more. West brant area, pickup only
