URGENT!! LOOKING FOR ROOMMATE!!

Hello! I would LOVE to find the perfect roommate!!! I just had one who ended up not working out so well - we both just lived completely opposite lives ! (Which is fine… to a point)… anyway! I’m looking for someone who WORKS, who likes to keep a clean house and wouldn’t mind picking up a broom without me asking ! Someone who is good with dogs cuz I have 2 little ankle biters that will literally kill you with kisses! You gotta get along with my dogs, otherwise it won’t work! I may ask you to watch them if I leave or something but you would get paid if that’s the case and it wouldn’t be for a long time either! And just someone who is all around chill and does their own thing but also partakes in the household ! If you cook, SWEET! I have tons of food in the deep freezer and a bbq waiting to be used ! You’re free to anything you can see! I have a spacious living room, a balcony, a desk with a laptop if you’d like to use it your more then welcome, there’s a TV in your room with Netflix, Amazon prime, Disney, crave, etc. The apartment is literally across the street from No Frills, Dollarama, Subway, and a 10-15 min walk to Southgate Mall! There’s major bus routes right out front of the building as well! Also, a hop skip and a jump away from the whitemud if you’d need to go east or west !! Tons of street parking if you drive too and the area has been safe thus far! I’ve lived here almost 2 years and haven’t had any issues! Wicked neighbours, and just an all around good, safe community! If you interested feel free to message me! Rent would be half and half (so $850), and that includes all utilities, and wifi, and all the channels on the TV! You can bring your own bed if you like, right now there is a bed type foam mattress . I can provide sheets and pillows, but bring your own blanket! Feel free to decorate your room however you want! (I wallpapered my room with Pink and Sparkley wallpaper !) Brand new appliances, shared bathroom with a tub, and I have a mini garage in the apartment too with all the tool you can think of for any job :) ! Hopefully the right person comes along!!!
