Weiser Elements GED1400 Touchscreen Electronic Deadbolt

Electronic touchscreen deadbolt has a satin nickel finish and a black touchscreen panel. This Weiser Elements GED1400 model is made of metal and includes the original box and installation manual. This is NOT working properly. The screen turns on and the lock can be installed but it just beeps and will not allow unlock with code.
