Norman Rockwell "Grandma's Surprise" Mother's Day Plate - 1987

This is the twelfth plate in an annual series for Mother's Day, "Grandma's Surprise" by Norman Rockwell. It's from a limited edition, permanently closed in 1987. Certified by The Rockwell Society of America. Also included are two plates that have something written on the back in Chinese, I think. If anybody can translate what it says for me I'd appreciate that. I've always wondered what they say. All 3 plates are yours for only $10.
