Honeywell X1N Thermostat

My dad bought this for his condo but it turns out, it's meant for houses so it doesn't work correctly in condo buildings.
It's basically new since it was only used a few weeks before his superintendant told him it's not a proper thermostat for condos. But if you have a house, it's perfectly fine. We even have a 3D pointed mount (pictured) for it if you want it on a stand.
