I am looking for a car/SUV

Hi I’m looking to buy a Car or SUV. That have a clean/medium interior , clean tittle and little to no rust. The mileage should be reasonable. Should have carfax/VIN The name should match the car. No liens (money owed on car) No rebuild Safety certificate or the vehicle is good with everything done on it so I’ll do the safety. Not my first time driving or owning a vehicle but first time buying off an app. Budget is 2200 to 2500 depends on how it looks and if it already have safety, I might put the price up 🤗 I have a mechanic to look over and test drive the vehicle.
